Michelle received her Bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC. She completed her Master’s of Medical Science degree at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL. She is focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with compassion and understanding of her patients’ needs. Her favorite aspects of being a PA include connecting with patients, building a trusting rapport, and delivering efficient and effective evidence-based healthcare to patients in need.
Physician Assistants are trained to take care of a variety of diseases under the supervision of a physician. They are required to take a national certification exam every six years and accumulate several hours of continuing medical education each year.
