Katie Tanner, FNP-C


In 2010, Katie earned her Bachelors of Nursing degree at Trinity Christian College in Palos Heights, IL.  After graduating, she moved to Austin, TX, where she spent seven years in various nursing roles, including ICU, home health, and school health.  In 2017, She earned her Masters of Science degree as a family nurse practitioner from Texas A&M University. She worked in family practice for over 1 year in Colorado and then asthma and allergy specialty for over 3 years in Chicago, IL. She maintains a national board certification in family practice as well as stays up-to-date on current research.

Katie joined Colorado Allergy and Asthma Centers in 2022 and is excited to continue in this specialty. She enjoys working with all ages to diagnose and treat their conditions with compassion and competence. She especially enjoys helping patients better manage their food allergies. When not working you will find her biking, running, or hiking with her husband and two dogs.
