Erika Lee Chaplin
Erika graduated from Chatfield High School in May of 2016. She enjoys all sports, outdoor adventures and helping out in her community. This fall, Erika will be attending Colorado State University to double major in Biomedical and Mechanical Engineering and plans on working with prosthetics in her future career. She also plans on becoming involved in various clubs, sports and volunteer service opportunities while at Colorado State University.
Amelia Hanna Morris
Amelia is a Denver School of Arts Vocal graduate. She will be attending the University of Denver this fall and hopes to not only build on her music education but also to contribute to the justice system by studying law. Amelia founded the Simon Project, dedicated to her friend who lost his life due to a peanut anaphylaxis. Her foundation for the Simon Project is built on educating the public on allergies-how to recognize and respond in the event of an anaphylactic reaction.
Peter Kennedy Szilagyi
Peter is a 2016 graduate of D’Evelyn High School. While there, he was involved in NJCL Latin Honor Society, National Honor Society and the D’Evelyn Marching Band. As the drum major, he led the band to it’s fifth consecutive state championship. This fall, Peter will be attending Cornell University in Ithaca, New York to study Comparative Literature.
Tessa Claire Rubinstein
Tessa is a Colorado native who graduated from Littleton High School. While there, she was active in DECA, Rustic Pathways, Varsity Volleyball, peer counseling and Student Council. Tessa will attend Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. After her first year at Gonzaga, she intends to declare a pre-medicine major with a Spanish minor. She has always had a great interest in medicine and can’t wait to explore her options within this major. Tessa hopes to be involved in the Gonzaga ski and snowboard team, their outdoor program, intramural sports and club volleyball. She has been a patient of Colorado Asthma and Allergy Centers for nearly 10 years.
