Heather attended the University of Colorado Denver, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then received her Master of Medical Science and Master of Public Health degrees from Arcadia University, in Glenside, Pennsylvania. Heather is a Colorado native and always knew she wanted to return home to serve the community where she grew up. Working in the allergy and asthma field gives Heather the opportunity to combine her love of medicine with her background in public health. She is able to focus on disease management, as well as patient education to improve the quality of life of her patients, and enable them to take a proactive role in their health.
